STRANGE TOWN SCHOOLS PROJECTS

Boroughmuir High and St George's School

Strange Town worked with groups of pupils from S3-S6 at Boroughmuir High and St George's school in Edinburgh between August 08 and April last year.  Each of the three groups of young people created new plays with the Strange Town team, which they then performed in their schools to very positive feedback.  The project was an exciting challenge - creating new pieces of theatre in very limited time periods, and one which demonstrated the strengths and developed the skills of the groups.

Gracemount High, St Mary's and Stockbridge Primaries

Strange Town started similar projects in additional Edinburgh schools as of September 09. Gracemount High has worked with us on one of our Create projects.  St Mary's Primary and Stockbridge Primary now have Strange Town in their schools running after school drama.

If you would like your school to work with Strange Town, or would like more info about Strange Town's education work, go to our schools page.
